the location is great, near the center. many attractions were easily reachable. the room had a nice scent upon arrival. a tasty breakfast was included in the price.

the lobby seemed very small. the design felt old. the middle-aged man at the lobby didn't greet us. the bathroom design felt dated.

The staff was really friendly, offering helpful tips on local attractions, they created a cute atmosphere. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, i liked the variety of options available. the room included a convenient kettle and fridge which were very useful. the location was unbeatable, with great spots just a short walk away!

the room felt cold, likely because i was on the attic floor, not ideal, i think improvements in insulation are needed.

I found the location quite convenient, as it was close to the city center. This made it easy to explore attractions. The staff was really kind and provided helpful service (always smiling!). I appreciated the variety of choices at breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. The room was clean, and I found the bed to be comfortable.

the staff were SOOO polite and helpful. they gave recommendations for really good restaurants. they ALWAYS went out of their way to help ME. breakfast WAS perfect with very DIVERSE options and tasty food! the bed, OH the bed, it WAS comfortable.

the room needed a bit of updating, BUT i barely spent any time there anyway.
